Meet Zef Gjoka, the Founder and CEO of Flow Solutions Inc.

His Story:

Zef was born and raised in rural Albania. After serving two years in the military, he returned to school and attended the Polytechnic University of Tirana (1991-1996) where he received his Mechanical Engineering degree. In 1997, he moved to the United States. Arriving to the U.S., Zef was determined to create a better life for him and his future family. Bringing with him the knowledge and experience from his schooling in Albania, he furthered his education and graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Florida in 2006. With a commitment to delivering high-quality plumbing, HVAC, and irrigation solutions, he established his own business, Flow Solutions Inc., in 2005. Proudly serving the greater Jacksonville, FL area for over 20 years, Zef combines his technical expertise with a passion for customer satisfaction on every job site.

Meet Lindita Gjoka, the Office Manager at Flow Solutions Inc.

Her Story:

Lindita was born and raised in rural Albania. She attended the Polytechnic University of Tirana (1991-1996) where she earned her Mechanical Engineering degree. In 1997, she received the opportunity of a lifetime to come to the United States and achieve greater opportunities. While living in Jacksonville, Lindita worked with various companies until she joined Flow Solutions Inc. As Office Manager, she oversees daily operations, manages staff, collects payments, coordinates daily schedules, and addresses customer concerns, ensuring Flow Solutions Inc. achieves the highest standards set by our customers. Lindita is not only the proud mother of five children, but she also works hard to serve the greater Jacksonville community by ensuring Flow Solutions Inc. is a leader in plumbing, HVAC, and irrigation solutions.
